During 2008 we mediated some 300 million contacts for our clients - via addressed letters, inserts, telephone and digital channels. DirektMedia has access to all important address lists in the respective country of operations.
The company is part of Bisnode and currently has offices in Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö and Borås, as well as operations in Denmark, Norway and Finland. We have almost 100 employees in Sweden, and overall the DirektMedia companies have some 230 employees and turned over just under SEK 500 million in 2008.

Our five service areas
In order to provide a simpler overview of DirektMedia's overall range of services, we have divided our business into five service areas, structured around our core skills within customer relations and direct marketing: Analysis, Campaign Management, Database, Print & Fulfilment and Consulting.
The aim of the analysis that is accommodated within Analysis is to find relevant decision data for your customer development and recruitment. We can conduct in-depth analyses of existing registers to ascertain how and when your customers act, and also supply external information to provide a clearer picture of who your customers actually are. We also conduct quantitative and qualitative investigations, such as pure campaign analyses, that illuminate the response in a particular campaign and how you can make even more pertinent choices next time.
Campaign Management consists of all the services that optimise your DM campaign. Choose how much or how little you would like us to resolve; from choice of target group and media to handling address files and/or inserts and digital units, campaign follow-ups and pure project management throughout the entire process.
Database groups together our services linked to databases. The CRM platform, G2 Customer Management provides you with an enormous scope to order your customers and transactions. With the campaign database as a tool, you have your entire universe as the basis for statistical selections, campaign selections and analyses. Hosting is just what it suggests -we take care of your register, and if you would also like to act as a supplier, we can also contract out your addresses within the framework of DirektPool, always updated and with satisfactory quality. Register host is another side of the same coin; always having the correct details in your register. In this context we offer a number of services that provide you with a high minimum level in your database.
Print & Fulfilment contains the services that make your physical entity one that the recipient notices. Everything from printing to smart interwoven texts and packaging that enhance the attention value - in other words, the entire practical production of your campaign.
Consulting is deliberately located at the centre of our palette of services.
